  • A: Pull out the orange filter and then inside the canister where all the dirt goes into, push open the rubber tab where the dirt comes into and that’s where the clog is. Guaranteed because after cleaning everything I found it and there was tons of stuff and it worked

Don't waste your money

Nice Vacuum, Bad Batteries

I bought this seemingly gorgeous vaccum at Target about a month or so ago. The battery is USELESS as some others have reviewed. Usually it would last about 10 minutes. This time, charged it OVERNIGHT and it literally lasted 30 seconds. It seems that Sharper Image had a batch of bad battery packs. Total waste of money.

It’s so convenient, and stores great and that’s probably the only reason I’d give it stars. We charged it for the full 3 hours before using it, and then the battery only lasted 3 minutes. Did it again, and the same thing. Very unfortunate.

Sad Birthday Present

If less than a star could be given then it would be a negative rating. Oh would you look at that, nothing really positive to say other than it working for less than a month! This was a birthday gift, hardly works one month later and will not hold a charge more than 5 minutes. Shown savings isn’t really saving you when you need to buy Tylenol after the migraine from frustration.

Awesome at first!

This is an awesome vacuum at first and very convenient. However, the battery held less of a charge over the next several months. after 4 months the battery holds about 15 seconds of a charge before dying. even if you charge it all night it still won't hold a charge.

Had a few months and it worked okay. The battery doesn't last that long. After a few months now it runs for 20 seconds and then just stops and three red lights start blinking. Not sure why this happens but it's good as dead now. Would not recommend.
