Q: From the pictures, it looks like the lids are not transparent. Is that so? I like to see if my water is boiling, etc.

A: That's correct! Our lids are made from the same material and color as the body of the pans. There is a small steam hole that helps for boiling!

Pan was on low to med heat and burned pan

My standard pan burned when cooking asparagus and changed the complexion of my pan. It looks like my pan had sun spots and it now is not as non stick. I used a little bit of oil as well. Be very careful or else it will get sun spots
