Q: The swing is jerky side swing did I assemble it incorrectly?

  • A: Hi! This usually happens when the little switch on the base of the swing is set to Lock. The swing can only work properly when it is set to Unlock.   • A: Hey there! The swing should be placed on a floor that is flat, level, stable, and structurally sound. For example, normal floors that are evenly carpeted are acceptable. NEVER place the swing on a raised surface like a table.

    It’s perfect for my newborn!

    My newborn is 10 days old and already loves this swing! The Bluetooth connectivity to play your own audio was a great bonus that I didn’t realize it had. My baby loves this!

    Love the swing!

    My son has loved this swing since a baby!! Especially the different speed levels and the music. When it’s hot and bugs are out we use the cover to keep him safe.
