Worst vacuum ever
Would give this 0 stars if I could. I’ve had it for a few months, it got clogged and then overheated and ruined the spinner brush. Brush won’t spin anymore and all it took was ONE clog and smelled like it was burning within a matter of a minute.

Great options, you can make is very small.
I bought this for my mother, she is 87 and was looking for something light and easy to use. Very happy with it, works great all the attachments that came with is really all that is needed. Small container for collection, but good for just doing a room or 2 at a time!

Do Not Buy Completely Worthless
Thought I was getting a great deal on a Shark vacuum. I've had several Sharks that were fine, but this one is terrible. I bought it for the no hair wrap brush roll. It doesn't work. I used the trouble shooting guide on the Shark website. Hair is still wrapped around brush roll and dust cup. I've only used it twice. I also noticed a burning smell and it seems to overheat very quickly, within a few minutes. What's the point of having a no hair wrap vacuum if I have to pull the hair put myself.? That's the main reason I bought it.

Good vaccume !at a lower price than dyson
I was debating in buying this vaccume because of the low reviews it got and people saying it smells like burn . well let me say in my opinion because it is new you smell it a bit but the more you use it it goes away , I think its the smell of new vaccume well anyways , I really Like my new shark vaccume , I tested it out and no hairs get stuck and oh my I love how it left my floor so smooth while walking bare foot ! If you debating in getting this one try it ! I had the shark but that has bristles on the bottom and I hated when hairs would get stuck , but now with this new one I love no hairs at all !!

TOO HARD TO PUSH
I received my sweeper 2 weeks ago. When we went to use it, it was extremely hard to push. I notified Shark and they send me another filter to add . This makes it slightly better. I have purchased many shark vacuums and this is the first one I can honestly say I do not care for. I am 66 years old and purchased a lightweight vacuum to make it easier. I did not expect to get one that was extremely hard to push.

Powerful stick vacuum
I bought this vacuum about a month ago and I am so glad I did. I got tired of the cordless vacuums, having to buy new batteries so I did some research and ended up getting this shark vacuum. It has way more power than a cordless. I gave it a 5 star but I would I would take off just a portion of one for it not standing up on its own. But I knew that when I bought it so that's on me. This vacuum has great suction , not too heavy and is powerful on carpets. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking for a powerful corded stick vacuum. I love it !

I did see a lot of comments about a smell and it not working as well as cleaning the filters. I only bought this a week ago and first use was AMAZING. My old vaccine was barely doing anything it pulled up so much especially pet hair and if you throw down baking soda or powder it picks that up too,even cat litter. I will say it does have that burning chemical smell others have reported but it’s not super concerning to me since only a small portion of my space needs to be vacuumed. I will say that because the suction is so powerful, even on the first setting, it will pic up your area rug so I only suggest it for actual carpeted spaces. As well as it does not stand up on its own but it’s not that big of a deal either because before I vacuum, I move everything out of the way to avoid putting it down. To speak on the filters, they are easy access, many other people just weren’t doing it right. it’s perfect ,amazing suction, and a long cord!

Don’t recommend
I have used this several times now , the dust cup is so small I have to empty several times when vacuuming my living room . It seems cheaply made. Stuff gets caught inside floor nozzle with no way of getting it out.

If some hair wrap remains after continued use, open the bottom of the floor nozzle, and carefully remove the hair from the brushroll. Small but Mighty!
I needed a very light weight vacuum to carry up and down stairs.. it also needed to be powerful. I was reluctant to purchase this one due to the fact that I just couldn’t imagine it having enough suction/airflow needed to get the job done. After going back and forth for days trying to decide which one to buy I settled on this one. I am so thrilled that I did! It has way more suction/airflow than I imagined! The only cons in my eyes are that the dirt bin is small, and it won’t stand on its own with the vacuum motor attached to the wand/power head. Neither would keep me from purchasing this vacuum again!

Do not buy this vacuum. I bought one years ago and it smelled like it was burning. Shark replaced it, but I had to pay $20 shipping. The replacement did the same thing. Poor quality and not worth the money.

Please people if I could give this a -1, I would! save your money go right by this one. This is a horrible vacuum, we have been buying shark vacuums for years. We decided to go with a little bit of an upgrade this time. There is nothing positive about it save maybe it has good maneuverability. The canister is half the size of the other shark vacuums. Making it sometimes having to empty it in between as well as.It cakes up around the inner nosil. now granted we have a lot of dog hair and cat hair, but it does not hold nearly as much as any other model we ever had as well as the filters get extremely dirty being just above the canister and have to be cleaned often like twice a week. When transitioning from carpet to hardwood or hi pilecarpet it frequently gets jammed and the red light turns on which means you have to shut off the vacuum and restart it again. It cannot handle carpeting well at all, in addition to low carpeting like area rugs it just totally sucks it up and the red light keeps going on. Had I been the primary person to vacuum our home, i would have returned this instantly but now it is too late. I hope this review helps.

You can't beat a SHARK
First, I'd like to say it is wonderful working with Shark. My previous version of this vacuum stopped working and they were very quick to replace my entire vacuum covered under warranty with the upgraded version. Though the vacuum is not as lightweight as my previous, the powerful suction makes it easier to overlook. This version has odor technology built in vs me having to purchase an odor neutralizing cartridge. And though it does not stand up alone fully connected it does stand when detaching the handheld portion and placing it on the front hook. At first, I was a little upset at the differences, but it is a great vacuum and as with my other Shark products I find they far surpass any other vacuums including Dyson. I have owned many vacuums from Electrolux to Kenmore Hoover Dirt Devil. Shark by far has everyone beat. THANK YOU
