A: Hi Klee, Thanks for reaching out! Most people can use both sizes, the small for lighter days and the regular for heavier days, but one size may be more comfortable. In general, we recommend the size small if you are a first-time cup user, have a light flow, or have a low cervix. We recommend the size regular if you have a heavier flow or a higher cervix.

I love this menstrual cup
I love this menstrual cup and was very excited to add it into my routine! I got the sanitizer along with it. The cup fit very nicely and was comfortable. Unfortunately, my kitten got to it and chewed it up, so I had to throw it away, but I enjoyed it while I could.

So much better than the regular one
I switched to this one after trying the regular one and I felt it the entire day and so I’d stopped using a cup altogether. I gave this one a try and I really like it, I didn’t feel it and it was super easy to put in and take out, unlike the regular texture one. I recommend it.

I had a Juju cup (Model 3). I found it much easier to use than this unfortunately. Its harder to remove possible due to its softness.

Love the brand. My previous cup lasted me almost ten years. This new one unfortunately is way too soft for me, and so I don’t get the needed suction to prevent leaks. Will need to purchase the regular cup.

Great Alternative!
I enjoy that I can use the cup for the whole day and overall easy enough to use AND take out. After day two or three the insertion can sometimes be annoying, but that could also be simply wanting to be done with that months period in general. Definitely best to remove and clean while in the shower or in a personal bathroom with a sink close by. Did have some spotting show but that was also on my initial heaviest days and was bound to have not gotten everything wiped down after removal and replacement of the cup. 10/10 recommend the cup vs the disc for removal and insertion ease.

Liked the packaging but overall disappointed in the design of this product after using other brands, did not work for me at all and ultimately looking to replace it ASAP after it failed to not leak multiple times

Finally
I finally found something besides tampons that works for my period. I have tried another brand of menstrual cup and I have tried 3 different kinds of menstrual discs and the only thing that has worked is the salt menstrual cup. On my lighter days I can really leave it in for 12 hours which is amazing. I am loving this product so far

I initially bought the larger (regular) size soft cup, which was definitely too big for me- so grateful Saalt sent me a replacement for no extra cost! The smaller size is slightly bigger than my previous (10+ year) cup, and I like the fit and feel of it a lot. I'd been worried about the soft cup leaking, but it's been great throughout my first period using it! Very pleased with it, and grateful to be able to support a sustainable brand.

All I can say is WOW!
This cup is actually the 4th cup I've ever had and it has been a godsend for my cup issues. First: too small, couldn't hold flow, leaked, pressed against bladder, made cramps worse Second: held more flow but still not enough, pressed against bladder, made cramps worse Third: Held all flow, did not press up against bladder. BUT it made my cramps worse and it could not open fully when inserted, causing leaks. I had to wear pads as well as my cup. Fourth: This cup has been a game changer. It holds my flow, does not make my cramps worse, and doesn't press up against my bladder, and has NO issue opening all the way. I have NO leaks. AT. ALL. I wish I had found this cup years ago! Thank you Saalt!

Best experience as a new cup user
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. I just got it yesterday and I had to trim the stem. my cervix is low, so the small fit beautifully. I admit. It was weird going in the first time. (Took a couple of tries) same with taking it out. But I am so happy with how well it works. I slept, swam, and just enjoyed a leak free period for once. I got the cup to open up every time and have not had an issue with that so that has made this experience so much better. I am so excited to no longer have to spend money on pads and tampons that are both so uncomfortable. This is what a period feels like with no worries. :) I feel confident that I no longer have to worry about leaking.

This cup is comfortable. I've had to purchase more than once just because every time you pull on it the silicone will stretch and eventually it gets to a point where it gets close to tearing... you don't want to be stuck with that! But it lasts for a long time and I will gladly keep repurchasing rather than using single-use menstrual products.

Stays Put!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had two vaginal births, the most recent being just over a year ago. This cup stays put! It doesn't slide down like my last menstrual cup did (my last one even popped out on its own when bearing down). I was also relieved when I couldn't feel it at all after inserting! I live in Canada, but there were no surpise fees or charges which was such a relief. I've only used this cup for one period, but I love it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seriously girlies- if it’s not Saalt don’t try it!! Switched to an off brand from Walmart after my dogs chewed up by beloved Saalt cup (yikes! I know. ) and suffered with a stiff, small, cheap cup for six months. Anyway I finally replaced it with Saalt and it immediately makes the difference in so many ways. So worth it.

I tried a few other brands but inevitably went back to to saalt cup soft. I never experience leaks and as a newly postpartum mom, I find the saalt soft the easiest to insert and remove after having a baby.

Difficult to use. Customer service not great.

Others I’ve tried have a ring pull tab making it super convenient to find and pull out. . It wasn’t for me and I wanted a refund
