Will not buy again
While I am happy with the saline itself, I detest the packaging. The package is rectangular and fairly stiff. Once you tear off a corner or the entire side, it is extremely difficult to get the saline into the opening without spilling or wasting some of the saline. I cannot wait until I’ve used all the 100 packets and I’ll never buy them again. The brand name packets are a better size to make it quick and simple to get all of the salt into the bottle.

Up & Up Saline is great!
I love the up & up Saline packets! Huge value getting 100 in a box! Also they are a bit saltier than Neil Med’s are which is a plus! Many people complained about them being a bigger square packet. I just use a funnel for my distilled water and my saline packet. So much easier!

Heck no and never again
I tried to power through these but I just cant. Beside the horrible packaging, this burns and feel so so unpleasant, like the feeling of drowning in chlorine pool literally. It makes me choke and doesnt dissolve easily. When i switch back to Neilmed i had to rinse out the bottle cause some of it still remain in the bottom ugh i rather pay extra to not feel like drowning twice a day

Hazardous! Do not buy!
This product is a serious hazard and should not be sold. There is no way to tell how “strong” or “diluted” these packets will make your rinse solution. Some packets I couldn’t barely tell there was anything in my rinse and another time it burned so badly and my sinuses hurt for hours. 0 quality check. Do not buy!

Good value. Like the Equate narrow packet shape better thou.
100 count and price is ok. A bit saltier that Equate brand.

Good value
No problem with these saline packets. The only thing I don’t like is they are a square package. I’ve been using a different brand that is packaged like a little tube which is easier to dump into a narrow bottle without spilling. Still it’s a good product and good value but I’ll probably go back to my usual brand.

They work, but are pretty unpleasant
Works well in terms of seeming to be sterile and helping prevent infection after my sinus surgery, BUT they “taste” (you know what I mean) REALLY BAD. It makes me want to throw up smelling it/when some inevitably drips in your throat. Like a chemical-y chlorine taste the Neil Med ones just don’t have regardless of similar ingredients. Also these are less easy to open and dispense being a square instead of a tapered, narrow packet. Going back to NeilMed, worth a few more bucks

Back to Neilmed
I didn’t realize the packets were square instead of a narrow rectangle like Neilmed brand. They are trickier to put in muslins bottle and it’s easy to make a mess. They also don’t feel as gentle, it’s a harsher “flavor” that can burn and I much prefer the name brand. As soon as I suffer through this box of 100, I’m back to mailed brand, they are worth the difference in price.

Buuuuurns
I was excited to find a cheaper alternative to NeilMed packets but nope nope nope. They burn my nose and throat, taste weird, and are kinda hard to pour in the tiny neck of the squeeze bottle.

Cheaper option for Neilmed sinus packets
These seemed just like the neilmed sinus packets but obviously you get more bang for your buck. I had a nose procedure and needed to use this along with a medicated rinse. It worked perfectly and didn’t burn my nose at all.

Nasal Rinse Solution
This is your simple saline solution for nasal rinses. It’s effective, cost efficient and I picked it up in a few hours using drive-up when I was not feeling well.

Good value
Love these as an alternative to Neti saline refills. They come in a huge pack and very worth the price. Highly recommend. Same quality as brand name.

Not the Same
First I love most Up and Up products. Allergy meds, Pepsid AC types plus others. So seeing this I figured much cheaper than NeilMed refills I would give them a try. Big mistake! First no true directions. After searching found you use one packet just like the easy to use NeilMed refills. Second the packages are a PAIN to open and get all of the contents into the narrow neck of the bottle. AND the biggest problem is there is a contamination in the samples. I can taste it, and it tastes pretty bad. I thought maybe I was imagining things so I went back and bought the NeilMed refills. No bad taste no stinging like these. Someone used a bad formula and impure ingredients. I tossed the box, a complete waste of money. Redo the formula, get the impurities out. Redo the packaging so it's easier to pour into the bottle. Now I question if my Up and Up allergy and heartburn meds maybe aren't up to specs either.

Saline Packets...
The product is what it is and does the job. My only dislike is the shape of the packet. I wish it was more narrow and easier to pour. You can’t beat the price!

Not a bad option!
The name brand saline packets can get expensive, so it's nice that there's an Up & Up version available. Overall, these are a good discount option with a couple things to know: - The salt is coarser in these than NeilMed's packets. Plan on shaking or stirring for longer. - The packets are square and material is kind of goofy, so they're a little harder to pour directly into a nasal rinse bottle. If you're using a neti pot or pouring into a measuring cup, you won't have a problem. - Every box of these I've bought has had a couple packets that were mangled or sealed together. You'll get almost 100 usable packets, but probably not the full 100.
