    Great but noisy

    It works really well and fast at cleaning the air. I like seeing the air quality. It is very easy to use and set up. But it is very noisy when on the highest fan speed. So it isn't too nice to use at night in a bedroom. The noise also upset my rats a bit. If you are sensitive to noise make sure you don't leave it on auto overnight.

    Stopped working within 2 months

    Works fantastically but doesn't work for long. Left it on auto, the filter went down to 30% within 2 months and all the readings maxed out. I regularly cleaned the purifier and throughly cleaned it when the readings maxed out. No change. Got a new Shark branded filter, the readout says the new filter is at 10% and the readings for particulates are still maxed out. Waste of money, do not recommended

We're sorry to hear that your NeverChange5 Air Purifier stopped providing accurate filter-life and air-quality readings after only two months. We appreciate how disappointing this must be. The air purifier uses Clean Sense IQ to track PM1.0, PM2.5, and PM10 particulate matter, while its three-stage HEPA filter is designed to capture 99.98% of particles between 0.1 and 0.2 microns. As the readings remain at their maximum and the new filter is showing only 10% life, this does not appear to be operating as expected. Based on what you've mentioned, we will be happy to support you further and look into this.     Excellent value for money & great help for sleep

    I’m so impressed with this product, it’s exceeded my expectations. I have it in our bedroom & I have noticed that both myself & my husband are sleeping far better than before having the product, I have COPD and generally wake up coughing a lot but since using this my coughing has reduced massively and I don’t feel as chesty as I did so I honestly believe that having this machine has made a huge impact on my sleep which in turn makes me feel better after getting a great sleep, wish I had purchased it sooner!! The only downside is the wee odour part needs replacing quite often so if Shark could improve the longevity of that it would be great but I wouldn’t make that your decision to not buy this, highly recommend. It’s great for people who have allergies and it’s not noisy so 10/10 from us, another great product from Shark!!

    Excellent design, very robust and effective air purifier. Used after frying steak and found it neutralised the odour without the need for air freshener. Really quiet on eco mode overnight. Also has a display dimmer. Great value for money too.

    Great product

    Easy to use, very quiet, over all excellent product. Brought for my 9 month old daughter suffering with allergies and coughing all nigh. This has definitely helped now her air is cleaner.

    Brilliant air purifier. Keeps house feeling fresh. Great for allergies including hayfever. So glad we purchased this. We leave it on auto 24/7 and it does the rest.

    I have a larger Shark i use for the kitchen and living room loved it so much I got the smaller one for my bedroom. I have year round allergies, these have made a huge difference.

    Best air purifier I've had so far

    I love this budget option of the Shark NeverChange. These are perfect for my small home with multiple rooms. I chose these specifically for the big dust collectors and long-lasting filter. My house has a lot of dust and cat hair, and the easily removable pre-filter does a great job of catching that stuff which I can then vacuum off. I love the auto setting which changes the fan level based on the impurities detected in the air. It even turns off to save power if the air is 100% clean for a certain amount of time. So much better than having to change those things manually and just letting a filter run constantly. I'll definitely be purchasing another one of these for the rest of my filtration needs!

    Fantastic

    I ordered this after reading many reviews and doing a lot of research. So glad I got it, it’s great. The air is much cleaner. I have a bird so this helps with dust and feather dust. Definitely recommend and I wished I got it sooner.
