It is not super strong as to hurt or leave you sore, it has the right amount of strength. Also I like the size a lot, perfect for back massages. I really liked it and recommend it.

The curved handle on both size allows you to hold it completely with both hands. Messaging you own back is made easy. There are 6 SPEEDS and the highest level is pretty intense. It charged fast and uses a type C charger. My husband and I really love using this on our feet after a long day and targeted areas the day after a workout.

It has power settings speeds when I use it on my leg i like it on the lowest setting. It’s not super heavy. It’s very convenient keep it in its compartment or take it out,. On the noise scale it’s a 2. Made with good materials. This is a must need if you have muscle soreness.

As the wheels are hard plastic, they are very effective (painful if used for too long). It’s very convenient because you don’t need to hold it by hand, so can sit on a chair or on the floor and just let it run. The motor seems very powerful because it rotates fast even I put pressure on it. It’s cordless and charging is very easy.

It has multiple rotation speeds but I find myself not going past the second setting. The touch controls are extremely sensitive, but that isn't a bad thing. My muscles haven't felt this relaxed in years!
