Bought in May, stopped working in July. Filed a warranty claim with proof of purchase, only to be sent a request for an “alternative photo” of proof of purchase (???). Sent everything I could (receipt from Target.com, screenshots, email attachment) and got no response. Very disappointed.

I ordered this item over 1 week ago. Its been indefinately delayed, with no tracking info available. I was expecting it days ago for a gift. Was not ever shipped. Unable to cancel order online, at Store or on the phone with online assistance. They have billed my credit card $182 and won't refund it. DO NOT ORDER FROM TARGET ONLINE!!

Great, but not with excessive sweating
I’ve had these earbuds for 3 years now. I use them mainly for running. These are not noise cancellation headphones which is the purpose of getting them. I like that I can hear and be aware of my surroundings while listening to my music. They stay on my ear really well through my long runs and speed runs. The only thing that I don’t like about them is that when sweat runs down my ears it gets into the headsets and muffles the sound quality. Therefore, I would have to take them off and dry them the best i could. The temporary solution I have is to wear a sweatband.

Not the best
They are static-y and don’t have the best volume quality. My phone isn’t even far from the ear buds and it’ll start to skip on the audio. Really upset I am past the return window on these expensive ear buds.

We first recommend ensuring that the latest firmware version has been updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenFit 2. We then recommend resetting your Shokz. To reset your Shokz OpenFit 2 earbuds, place both earbuds into the charging case and hold the button on the case for 15 seconds. The indicator light will flash orange for five seconds, then turn off, indicating the reset is complete. Afterward, the light will flash orange and green, signaling they are in pairing mode. If the issue persists, we have a two-year warranty on all Shokz, we'd be happy to assist you in filing a warranty claim so you can receive a replacement pair! Ordered new, but oroduct was used and damaged
I bought it them new. Picked them up from the store. The product is damaged and has finger prints on it. So even though a bought a new pair they sold me a used pair. I am beyond angry given the price point. The Target app will not let me return the item. It says the item cannot be returned. Unacceptable. You ca see the product has a cut in the soft material on one headphone. The other is scuffed and the scuffed one had finger prints on it.

I recently bought the openrun pro 2 and while they sounded great, they hurt the sides of my head and did not get loud enough. I cant say the same for the Openfit 2. The Openfit 2 are extremely loud and get louder when you EQ them, The sound quality is superb and the sound gets even better with EQ. The comfort is on another level. I dont even know they are on. These actualy have bass where the Openfit originals do not. I own the original Openfit and I can tell you they dont compare at all. The original openfit are junk compared to the openfit 2. I am more then pleased with my purchase

BEST Open Ear Headphones Ever!
Right off, I have to say that if you're looking for Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) the OpenFit 2s (and ANY Open Ear Headphones) are not going to be for you. With that out of the way, I have to say that these are the Best Sounding Headphones I've ever worn. I must have small, oddly shaped ear canals since I have a very hard time keeping in-ear headphones...in my ears! I have AirPod Pros 2, Samsung Buds Pro 2 and 3 and it's always a fight. The Airpod Pros have the best ANC but I am always having to put them back in my ears...UGH! Back to the Shokz OpenFit 2s...There is a substantial amount of Bass which was totally unexpected. Highs and lows just sound great whether it's Rock, R & B, Country, etc. every song sounds wonderful. For outside awareness, the Shokz Bone Condution headphones work much better (or maybe my volume is a little too loud?) but this isn't the main reason I bought these OpenFit 2s anyway. They are so comfortable to wear for hours and I've even put my head down on a pillow and it didn't fall off or hurt my ear. I wear them all of the time and now bring them with me wherever I go. I'm not sure how long the battery will truly last since the longest I've worn them at a time was 4 hours and I forgot to check how much of the remaining charge there was. They have an app in the Play store and the Apple store which is helpful. You have a few settings to customize the buttons on the headphones. There are 4 EQ modes and an extra to setup yoour own EQ setting. The app shows the charge left in each earpiece and also the case. The case can recharge your headphones too. The only thing that I don't like about the case is that it's very slippery. I haven't found a good 3rd party silicone case yet so it will be more grippy but I'm still looking. The last optiion that I like is having "MultiPoint Pairing." I can have the headphones paired to two devices but can also easily switch between the two or change up and add another device (which removes a previous device). The app displays a "pairing record" so it makes it eay to re-pair a previous device (phones, tablets, computer, etc.). I know these are pricey headphones but every quality set of headphones are expensive. In the case of OpenFit 2s, I AM getting what I paid for! Highly recommend Shokz OpenFit 2.

Uncomfortable. They sit on your ear and rub. I spent all day adjusting them to get a better sound. 3rd day wearing them and the sound started to cut out.
