I can take these as

I can take these as they're capsules, in the past I had tablets, that were too difficult to swallow so wasted them. I am hoping I will see improvement in my health, been taking about a month.

A BLESSING!!!

I forgot to take these on this morning. I was running out of my home, getting into my car, doing everything else, and it wasn't until I was on my way to work that I realized that I hadn't take my vitamins. BOY! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I felt so out of wack! I have been taking these for YEARS! Believe me, I will NEVER forget these again.

Working well.

I don't have any comparisons, I bought these as they were recommended to me as being a good brand. They weren't bought to change any health issue, just for general well being, but there haven't been any reactions to them and everything seems to be fine so I can only assume they're working.

Best B-complex I have tried!

I love how clean solgar's products are. I always gravitate towards their supplements over others and this B-complex did not disappoint. I don't feel flushed after taking it, and after a few weeks I noticed that I am actually feeling more energized throughout the day and I haven't been getting a second coffee like I was before. I was consistently taking another brand's B complex for months and felt no different. This is what I will be recommending to costumers now!

The perfect B Complex

This B complex contains high amounts of all the B's I need plus inositol and choline, not included in some others. I also like the 100 mg niacin (so I don't need to take that separately) and this one does not cause me to experience a niacin flush. I'm celiac and this supplement is gluten free!

SOLGAR Vitamins

Solgar B100 is very good

The vast majority of B complex supplements contain Vitamin B-12 as cyanocobalamin - this type is cheap to process but releases a trace amount of cyanide. Solgar uses Vitamin B12 as cobalamin.
