    The best in the whole world

    This is the iron supplement I had been looking for. It's excellent, and since I started using it, I haven't experienced any digestive issues especially no constipation. I'm very satisfied with Solgar.

    Gave me iron induced gastritis

    When I switched to regular iron my stomach went back to normal but this “gentle” formula felt like it ripped my GI tract to shreds

    Depots are full!

    For a year and a half i was using prescribed iron meds and I didnt managed to fill my iron deposits, I couldn’t continue because of constipation side effects. I searched other solutions and finally after year of taking this supplement my blood test looks good! Now, I am taking is every few days, especially because I am vegan. I recommend this iron supplement form the bottom of my heart to everyone.

    Best Iron Caplet

    A friend of mine recommended this brand many years ago. She swore by them. I never have had side effects like nausea, constipation, or anything. I just recommended it to a friend of mine, as she said her iron pills aren't working for her very well. I gave her some to try and after about 30 minutes, she came in and said, these are already helping, I can feel the difference.

    Great brand of Iron Pills/ no side effects

    I love the Silver Gentle Iron 25 mg capsules. They have been working great for me. I haven’t had any digestive issues. I had my first blood test done last week since I started them and my Hemoglobin went up 2.1 points. It is huge for me because I was very, very sick. I highly recommend this brand!

    Didn't work...

    I tried for a few weeks and it caused constipation same as the regular ones. I'm sure they are good for some, but not for me. I sent them back. I hate that it didn't work for me!

    I Have taken this Solgar Iron for MANY years. I was told by a Dr. when I was in my 20s that I would NEVER be able to get by without taking an iron supplement. Recently I had a complaint about the formula containing Magnesium Stearate so I called the company. I was very quickly refunded the cost of a bottle. I did more research and found that this wasn't a very harmful ingredient SO I purchased again:-)
