But for milk storage in the fridge or freezer, we have the Spectra Simple Store milk collection bags and the Spectra Disposable milk bags.

A: Hi SMD! Bottles are meant for storage and feeding. Ideally, you would have the Spectra nipples that come with all Spectra pump purchases. We do not recommend other manufacturer's products as we cannot guarantee the compatibility of nipples sitting and sealing correctly on Spectra bottles.

NO NIPPLES
Yes, it says in the description that they're not included, but we're all sleep-deprived. It should at least be in bold, ideally included in the item title. (And I don't appreciate the replies to the other reviews saying this is a WHO requirement- Target has no problem selling other brands with nipples included, and I can't imagine the WHO expects people to pump and then keep all the milk frozen until their baby is old enough to drink from a cup?)

I really love these collection cups! I love the amount it can hold! I love that they come with a nipple, and a way to store them ! This helps when im doing the pitcher method and need to store my freshly pumped milk to let it cool down before mixing it with cold milk in pitcher! Very durable!

These leak and it's incredibly frustrating. No matter how I try to tighten the tops or reconfigure them, they consistently leak. It's very upsetting to realize that your pumped breastmilk has spilled all down the front of your child's shirt.

New design.. but even worse now.
The new design of these bottles is wider at the bottom and make it hard to fit in my cooler bag. They also leak even worse than the original bottles with the pink top/logo. Why was this new design implemented?!

Most essential part (the nipple) not included?!
Spectra sure likes to nickle and dime parents. Why sell e baby bottle with all parts EXCEPT the nipple? Bunch of snakes

Bottles leak milk
Hate these bottles unfortunately.. I use them only to store milk and they leak👎🏼 Sometimes the fat from my milk gets stuck on the sides of the bottle and if I shake the bottle, I can’t open it right away or a bunch of milk spills.

Bottles without nipples

Hi Op. We apologize for this but in order for us to comply with World Health Organization Guidelines, our breastmilk storage bottles do not come nipples. Luckily Spectra Baby USA bottles are compatible with most standard wide neck nipples.

Bottom leak
I bought a second set of these bottles since I would be pumping at work. Luckily, I am able to have a personal mini fridge in which I can store them and noticed milk leaking onto the shelf. At first, I thought it was something I had done but it was not. The bottles were securely closed and they were not completely full at all. I had 2 bottles with 2 oz and even these leaked. I got home and tested the bottles for leaks along with the ones included with my S1 pump and they all leak from the bottom. Disappointed as I was going to purchase another set plus they are not cheap either and they do not include a nipple. Why they include a bottle/nipple cap but not a nipple is puzzling.

These are the worst! Yes they work for pumping with the spectra but the couple times I tried keeping milk in these to take home at the end of the day, they leaked HORRIBLY. I switched to pumping into medela bottles with an adapter so I didn’t have to wash extra bottles…

Wonderful price!
Target has the best price I can find online for these spectra bottle 2-packs. As an exclusive pumper I can’t have too many of these! They hold up well and don’t warp in the dishwasher. I prefer to hand wash them though because the logo will fade and they will get cloudy overtime being washed in the dishwasher.

Like a poorly designed after market part
Multiple issues with these: 1. They don’t fit the Spectra phalanges. They appear to be the right size but the threads are suuuuper loose and don’t securely screw onto the phalanges. If I try to put them on the phalanges and pump, the bottles thread loosely on the phalanges and can easily fall off during pumping. 2. The ounce markings are not in color as the old bottles, they’re indents so are near impossible to see 3. These come with a cap but no nipple so cannot use these bottles to feed unless you buy bottle nipple separately.

My daughter LOVED these bottles.
Not only is the pump that goes with these amazing, it was really great to be able to just switch to a nipple lid and feed my daughter. She took these no problem, and I loved how convenient that was. One less bottle to wash is a win for me!!
