Uses

Uses helps prevent sunburn, if used as directed with other sun protection measures (see Directions), decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun

Directions

Directions apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, at least every 2 hours, children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor, Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses

  • A: Yes, it says there is no added colors, flavor or fragrance, which is great and I have purchased because of recommendation from dermatologist Dr.Dray. I like her recommendations and reasoning. But it tastes bitter/metallic when accidentally wet lips, as any lipbalms with spf/sunscreen. I think it’s because of oxybenzone.

    Perfect lip protection

    Don’t underestimate just how important lip sun protection is! This chapstick and lasts a while. I feel like my lips hold the moisture well.     Good SPF lip balm

    This sun balm is soft and easy to apply. However be warned if you have torn or cracked lips. This balm will sting. If your lips are in good condition this balm is perfect though. High SPF and very inexpensive as well. I recommend.

    Horrible Taste that lingers

    The worst taste ever. Off putting and the worse. So slippery, uneven application, horrible! They should take this off the shelf and reformjlate it w/o scent and w/o taste. The after taste lingers for hours and makes everything else you drink or eat taste like sunscreen.

    Bitter Taste

    I could not use it due to the a very specific bitter taste that this lip sunscreen balm leaves in a mouth. The texture of the balm is soft and it glides on easily, but because of that it gets to your mouth almost right away.

    allergic reaction, could not use

    I had a severe allergic reaction to this lip balm. The texture was very nice and smooth, but seconds after applying it, my lips were burning and itchy and started to swell. Cannot recommend this product unless you know that you are absolutely not allergic to it. I was so bummed because I wanted a lip balm that has spf sunscreen included.

    Numbness and tingling

    Caused numbness and tingling within 5 minutes of applying to lips. Went away after 20-30 minutes but afraid to use again. Not sure if it's from one of the ingredients or an allergic reaction.

    Do not buy! Immediately started to feel a slight burning sensation, followed by a weird tingling numbness. This has never happened to me before with any other brand. I use chapstick religiously and would never recommend this product to anyone.

    Great for lips!

    Sport sunscreen lip balm is fantastic and your lips will thank you. My lips burn easily, but not when I have this on. It’s perfect for everyday use, is smooth and not sticky and doesn’t have any noticeable taste. Great price and I highly recommend.

    Burns and causes irratation

    Pay attention to reviews because I didn't. I usually can use anything on the lips not ever experiencing an allergic reaction to anything but with this I have. It burns like a lip plumper after application it numbs the lips and it burned my lips causing blisters. Be cautious
