Q: I have been using this for a while now, and this bottle is cloudy with visible stuff in it and smells different. I didn't notice it until I poured it to use. Ant thoughts?
A: We certainly appreciate your loyalty, Lynn, and would be happy to help. Our Tide purclean™ Honey Lavender did undergo a scent change back in September 2019. As well, we increased the amount of plant-based content from 65% to 75% in October 2018, and the new formula could look cloudy and/or thicker for awhile if the product got very cold.
