Q: I have been using this for a while now, and this bottle is cloudy with visible stuff in it and smells different. I didn't notice it until I poured it to use. Ant thoughts?
A: We certainly appreciate your loyalty, Lynn, and would be happy to help. Our Tide purclean™ Honey Lavender did undergo a scent change back in September 2019. As well, we increased the amount of plant-based content from 65% to 75% in October 2018, and the new formula could look cloudy and/or thicker for awhile if the product got very cold. Q: Does this really contain lavender, or is it in name only? We need to know because according to our child’s endocrinologist we can’t use lavender since it can cause children to go into early puberty.
