I purchased one week ago and so far no complaints. The one thing I wish I knew before my purchase was that this headset does not have noise cancellation. The fit is comfortable, I’ve played up to 4hrs straight with no problems. Overall it works very well, easy to maneuver, holds charge up to 40hrs, and I love the grey and white camo look.

Im a gamer my mom and my dad are also gamers and the only headsets that they buy are TURTLE BEACH. Prices are great and you can never go wrong with this headsets.

A bit disappointed in these tbh. I had the previous model a few years ago which were great but we're looking a tad worn so bought these. Have to use a dongle which I didn't before & aren't straight forward to setup at all. I've had to do some research just to see how to get the voice chat working & had to factory reset them after updating the firmware. Sound quality is very good though

Bought these second hand refurbished to replace the 2 different wired sets I’ve bought recently that I was never able to get the mic to work on. Only issue I’ve had is waiting on drivers to download and install and update.

I have had turtle beach head phones for 20yrs now my son needed a new set other then hand-me-downs so for his birthday we got him these and he loves them he's even Bluetooth them to his cellphone

I was worried these wouldn't be able to match the sound quality of my old Arctis, but not only did they match it, the range far, far surpassed it. I was able to walk upstairs while vacuuming and continuing to listen to what I was watching, with zero drop in sound quality. Pretty impressive, TB.

Wouldn’t recommend as they have connections issued and turtle beach is less than helpful when trying to return. They in fact have informed me it is my duty to pay for a return and try find a drop off point when it is clearly a technical issue that the headset came with.
