I’m a super light sleeper with pretty bad sleep habits, and the Ultrahuman Ring actually helped me get better. It picked up on patterns I wouldn’t have noticed and gave me stuff I could actually act on. Also, I was surprised how accurate the heart rate tracking was during workouts — it’s basically on par with my smartwatch. Wild how much this tiny thing can do.

I find the battery is good and very easy to charge, lasts long and don't take to long to get to full charge. The sleep tracker is interesting with lots of information. There is a lot of information and I do find I skip over as some of it as I don't really understand it. The add ons are a nice touch and very interested what we will see in the future. As I said great step tracker, interesting for sleep, good for stress and like all add-ons

Moreover it is not possible to add an activity afterwards bc it just says no data, I can only add it if it auto tracks it. The sleep tracker is also off, it makes no sense the amount of deep sleep I get

I would recommend it to everyone. Something I’d love for it to develop would be a more comprehensive cycle tracker for women that allows me to track more symptoms and changes in the week that would effect my cycle. However, as it stands the ring has been immensely helpful to me and tuning my recovery.
