Description

ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The Chef's Knife blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip. Designed in Italy by Matteo Thun and made in Germany by ZWILLING J.A.     Great knife set

    Wonderful knife set. The knives are high quality and very sharp right out of the box. It makes meal preparation easier and and I so happy that I replaced my more entry level knives with these.

    Love the knives, the block could be better.

    The knives are worlds above an old Cooks set I had for the last 18years. Very well balanced, light, and OMG sharp. I have no gripes with the knives at all but the I don't care for the tapered front of the block. It doesn't hold the knives uniformly as some lean the side more than others (the blades with the shorter height) which does bother me a little bit.

    Just spectacular!

    My first impression is that I absolutely love the weight and feel of these knives. They are so balanced and easy to handle. Upon using them for various items, they do their job magnificently. I'm actually excited to get to use them. They make food prep so enjoyable. Best knives ever.

    BEST KNIFE SET EVER

We were hoping to invest in more durable kitchenware for our kitchen and it was important that the products were of high quality so they would last us decades to come.
