Description

ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The Chef's Knife blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip. Designed in Italy by Matteo Thun and made in Germany by ZWILLING J.A.     Have owned since 2017 and they are the best knives I’ve used in commercial or home setting. Good weight, balance, and ergonomics. On to my second set after I gave my old one to a friend.

    Good feel and sharpness. The blade is solid and keeps its edge. Also, the blades are very hard and the knives are well balanced. The blades also feels good in my hand. Finally upgraded to a pro set and it was well worth it!

    The only set you will need to buy

    Very sharp with good grip and weight. I like the matte black block. Even though they are marked as dishwasher safe, I would recommend handwashing for longevity. I purchased ZWILLING knives in Germany 24 years ago for my mother and they are still going strong!

    Start Choppin’

    I have been wanting a great knife set like this for years but refused to indulge myself. Luckily, my wife spoils me and got me these knives as a gift (along with the magnetic board pictured here - the board is not included in the ten piece set). The ten piece set is beautiful, the knives beds are so sharp, so easy to use and make using them a joy. I’m incredibly glad to have these knives in our kitchen.

    Great Purchase

    This is a fantastic set of knives. The 10-pc set has everything you need to get started and at a great price. I was debating between this and another popular set and the ergonomics, handle design and chopping familiarity are everything I could ask for.

    Wonderful UPGRADE

    I replaced an older Wusthof set with this new 10pc Zwilling set and I LOVE THEM! The balance, weight, and sharpness are perfect. These are definitely better knives than what I had. I can feel the weight.
