Not quality B12

Did not double check before ordering. Does not contain methylcobalamin which is much more bioavailable than the synthetic form, cyanocobalmin. Will not re-order this supplement.

Iow cost, good product

I take high dose b1&b2, because of this I was told to take a B complex. If you take a high dose of one b vitamin you won't absorb the other b vitamins as well

Swanson Vit. B-100 Complex

I have been using Swanson B-100 for probably 10 years now. Moved up from B-50 which I used for probably 15 years. It gives me energy. When I run out or forget to order I feel the difference. Product is great. Never had a problem with Swanson Vit B complex.

These pills are great for brain and nerve function, sometimes I feel tired and find it hard to remember important events or facts. These helped with that.

FABULOUS!!!

I have used Swanson's B-100 Complex for many, many years and feel it has helped me remain healthy. I am 86 years old and no one believes it. I look so much younger than I am and am able to be involved in many activities, have no trouble walking briskly each day, ride my bicycle each day and my skin in clear and without wrinkles.

We have only taken Swanson brand and are satisfied with it. If more of any one B vitamin is needed, we add a Biotin or 100 Niacin.

This is a great product and a great price

I like the B 100 complex - it has everything in it that I need/want, and I like to buy the larger bottles because they last longer. I LOVE Swanson's brand, and buy it as often as I can.
