    A TERRIFIC AND NECESSARY SUPPLEMENT AND VERY EASY TO SWALLOW.

    I HAVE BEEN TAKING B-100 FOR MANY YEARS BECAUSE, AS A NURSE, I FELT VITAMIN B WAS A NECESSARY VITAMIN AND THIS ONE HAD ALL OF THE VITAMIN B'S INCLUDED.

    Hope this will "balance" things out.

    I got this for my parents, because there are many benefits from vitamin b. I did a follow-up with them, and they both are liking what it has done for their health, and so far still want to take this. Pricewise, you're getting at the suggested dose, a 100-day supply in this specific bottle for about the same price as a hamburger at a fast-food restaurant. I had personally gotten the vitamin b-50s, because I wanted to benefit from them as well, but I was already taking basically a multi-vitamin with vitamin b in it already, and lets just say taking them both on the same day made me run to a certain facility in the house on more than one occasion.

    A Must Have for Me!

    I tried this product once before and was very happy it. However, my doctor had a different brand and I was about out so I just bought what he had because I was there. Mistake. I did use what I got from him but they did not work like Swanson's brand. When I was out this time I immediately refilled with B complex at Swanson.

    This is the first time I have bought B-100 in capsule form. Thinking it should work better then the pills. Has a slight odor but not as bad as others I have had.

    Humpty-Dumptress

    I take this B Combo after lunch, and it seems to help me get over that early afternoon slump where I feel fogged and worn down. I have tried other brands of a similar product and only one much more expensive brand gave me similar results while the others barely had an effect. Added Coconut Oil capsules and Vitamin D for the same reason and my results have been even better. I definitely feel the difference when I forget to take it.

    Swanson is the best

    I have been taking supplements for years and I am so happy I have found Swanson's. I can not believe how much quality and good service with such low prices. This B Vitamin is so good - I don't eat much grains so this helps me with my B vitamins and also calms me down.

    A staple supplement

    Your B-Complex capsules are the best!!! Sometimes I have a difficult time taking B-Complex tabs but your caps are great! They are such a good value, I recommend them all the time to my friends. They are now a staple in my household, I can't be without them. Keep up the good work, we all appreciate the efforts of Swanson. I have to say that my shopping style is really all of the above. I look a company's promotions, prices, quality and educational knowledge of their products. I also look at a company's guarantee of satisfaction, do they believe in their products. Are they confident I will be satisfied with the product completely. And of course the ease and quickness that I can place an order.

    For a Better Day
