I’m extremely disappointed with both the condition of the product and the return process. The refrigerator arrived with a noticeable dent, which is unacceptable for a brand-new appliance, especially one delivered directly to my office. I have photos documenting the damage. What’s even more frustrating is the return process. I’m now being required to print a label, repackage the refrigerator, and personally drop it off at either UPS or FedEx. This is completely unrealistic. I had the item delivered to my business for a reason, I cannot physically transport a refrigerator on my own. The only alternative offered is to schedule a pickup at an additional cost, which feels unfair considering the item arrived damaged through no fault of my own. For a product of this size and price point, I expected better quality control and a much more reasonable resolution process. At minimum, damaged large items should be picked up at no cost to the customer. At this point, I’m on the fence… Do I keep a shoddy appliance and avoid the hassle of making the return OR do I just grin and bear the return process. Ugh!! Until this is resolved properly, I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
