I also felt like it was weird that I had to take a sleep pill in the morning AND evening. I often would forget to take it in the morning. I got to try this item complimentary. I wouldn’t buy it in the future. I feel like it’s about as effective as regular melatonin for me.

I took the capsules before bedtime, allowing at least 30 minutes before I actually laid down to go to sleep for them to kick in. I do not think they worked very effectively for me. I didn’t notice too much of a difference in my sleep quality. These are also quite large supplements so I can see how they would be difficult to take for some. They are flavorless, however. All in all, I don’t think these worked very well for me.

I tried taking just one to see the effect on it, but I do recommend taking two pills as described.
