    How to use the app, helpful info!

    The included instructions are very inadequate. Thought the app wasn't working. I did email back and forth with their support people. Finally figured it out on my own. Here's how it works : Once you have the app set up and linked, and ready to start using. Have Bluetooth on. But you will NOT see the scale as an option to connect to. Just trust it'll work. Open the app. Have phone nearby and on the app Device tab you'll see a box for your scale. Press that box. It opens all the info, and will say "connecting" then just get on the scale barefoot for like 5 seconds. That's it, all the stats will appear. Your weight and 18 other stats. You can press any of the little stat boxes for a little more info. Under the Data tab is a graph you can scroll left and right that shows your weight and the date for every time you've used the scale. I like it, and it's such a great price for this item. Took a star away for the lame instructions.

    It does not work with my Bluetooth iPhone I’ve tried every which way I can find to make it compatible to my iPhone. So disappointed. But the scale itself works just fine. At least something works.

    The scale works fine to get your weight. The reason people buy this at the price point is for the added benefits. There are no added benefits because the app doesn’t work! No Bluetooth connection. I gave up. Scale is going back.

    the scale seems to work fine, i mean i see a number and i assume that's my weight. but, the app that supports it is useless. i can't even create an account on the app to even use all the features of this "smart" scale. it is a "dumb" scale, if you ask me. going back.

    Best Scale to manage more than weight.

    To start, Please know this is my Husband's weight not mine. :) But I gotta say I love this Smart Scale. With all of the extra insights, it provides a much better review on several health stats that we can work on together.
