Ortho Home Defense Insect Killer Liquid Concentrate 32 oz (Case of 6)

The product was easy to apply. But I needed information about why there was about 1/3 of the product left in the bottle. The answer was not in the frequently asked questions. Can it be save for use again?

I treat 6000 sq ft with 2 bottles once per year late spring or early summer. ALL bugs. not just the monster Texas mosquitos, are gone until next spring.

I live in Texas and there are plenty of them here. I needed something because we have animals and also for us to be able to go on the back yard without getting ticks BUY IT!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been getting a lot more rain than normal for our area so the mosquitoes are reproducing rapidly and they are ravenous. The downside is, I put this down and it appeared to work for the 2 days that it didn't rain before the sprinkler system ran. After that, they appeared to be back and angry. I used the whole bottle after the rain. I wish that the formula could withstand a watered lawn or rain shower but that might be impossible. So factor in your lawn watering and check the forecast before use to save money.

I could hardly work out in the yard, even with personal bug spray. One good spray of of this Ortho Home Defense Backyard Mosquito and Bug spray and the mosquitoes were gone! The added benefit of my ornamental shrubs and flowers are free of bugs as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very easy to use and effective. I had misquotes in my garage, I sprayed behind the tool boxes and any dark places I could find. The next day I was free of flies, gnats and misquotes. There was no lingering smell.

I live in an area with no standing water, and no woods. I question whether this product would be highly effective in more mosquito infested areas.

We have recently had lots of rain, my neighbors have untreated rain water barrels…making it impossible to be out in our backyard. I used this spray in the area facing their yard…much better, so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Texas gulf coast is experiencing an explosion of mosquitoes due to recent record rainfall. I have two Great Danes that HAVE to go outside to relieve themselves and our backyard was filled with the little pests. Our poor pooches were coming back in just covered with mosquitoes. I sprayed this product around my property and by the time I was finished I noticed a dramatic decrease and later absolutely none.
