just buy the more expensive vacuum
I gave it 2 stars for suction because for the price that actually was decent, but that was really the only upside of the vacuum. I would say run time is significantly less than 40 minutes and is incredibly slow at charging, it takes 4x the amount to charge then deplete. The touch screen is super sensitive and if you barely touch it it shuts off. I bought this in October 2025 and by the beginning of June the roller stopped working. I needed it for my thin washable rug because my normal vacuum is far too strong. I did try to reach out to the company with no luck. I also unscrewed the head and tightened the mechinism that spins the roller. It would work for awhile and then stop. I finally got to the point it completely stopped working. To remedy this I took out the roller and have been using it, less effective and slow. The final thing that broke was the flapper on the vacuum that leads to the dust chamber. This vacuum was cheap and I got in on a decent sale but not really worth the money in my opinion. You might as well buy a higher quality vacuum.

Can't Ship To U.S. Customer?
Would give zero stars if I could. Not sure about the product, but the seller cancelled my order because they said they couldn't ship to my address?! I live in SC and that is not on the list of places they don't ship to according to this listing. Stupid reason. Did they sell out? That would have been a better reason. If they are listed on the BBB, I am definitely going to have a complaint.

Best bang for your buck
Bought this for my grad school apartment and it is PERFECT! Used it right out of the package and it picked up so much dust and debris. It is an absolute steal for $35 as a student, not sure about longevity but I’m happy with it for now.
