A: Dear Customer, thank you for your support. The silicone handle/glove included with the cookware has a maximum heat resistance of 180°C. It is designed solely for handling hot cookware during stovetop cooking and is not suitable for oven use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the prettier color and design out of any of my cookware! The golden knob on top is a great extra touch giving it an elevated style. It’s a much bigger size than I expected perfect for making a full family meal! The added rubber handle is great and I can’t feel any heat at all through it. I can’t wait to bake my sourdough bread in it!

5 quart Dutch oven is what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect size for soups, hot dishes and chili! This is affordable and love the blue color! You can roast, bake, stew, make soups, you name it. It is comparable with a variety of stovetops and can be put in the oven up to 500 degrees which means you can use for sourdough as well. Looks like easy cleanup with the enamel surface. Price point is less expensive than premium brands so most people can afford. I do like that it comes with handle holders to not burn your hands on the handles.

I’m very hard on my Dutch ovens and I’m pleased to say this one holds up very well. I use it specifically for sourdough bread, and it creates the perfect steam I need. I like how it comes with potholders if needed. The ceramic coating is great for non stick if making soups as well. Great quality and the perfect size for a loaf of bread.

Beautiful and for a couple of days, I thought I loved it. After turning the heat off (medium high for steam) I put the lid on. When I came back later, the lid had little rusted pit marks and created rust around the rim of the pot.

Great Dutch oven. Don't use the potholders!

Bought this for sourdough and it works great. It came with a couple rubber potholders, but when I went to take the lid off with them (around 400°F) they melted. Fortunately, it was just with the lid so I put it down quickly and didn't burn myself, but it could have been really bad. I'm not deducting a star because they're not the reason I bought it, but beware.
