    Horrible rug and company

    (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Absolutely horribleMaterial is soooo itchy. Tried to return it and they won’t take it back as I am in Canada. Makes zero sense. Now I am stuck with a rug I will never ever use!!! Completely unhappy with this rug and would never recommend purchasing from this company!!!!

    This is a beautiful wool rug that has brightened a library and the pattern works and is a favorite too. Because it is wool it needs a pad which is recommended.

    I would not recommend this rug!! It is coming apart and has LOTS of lose threads. This rug is in our dining room that is hardly used and we are have lots of problems with it. I reached out to target and they are not able to help me return the rug and suggested I contact NuLoom. They have a 30 day return window and won’t do anything if though the rug is falling apart and has issues. I would suggest never buying a rug with this company because they are expensive and not willing to help out if something is wrong. Not impressed!

    Scratchy, sheds, smells

    Very disappointed in this rug. It’s very scratchy and not soft at all. Sheds scratchy small threads. And it smelled immediately upon opening. I’m returning it.

    Very Nice Rug

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is as described and feels like good quality wool. Not much shedding and so far not much stretching, but we've only had it a week, lol. The only reason for 4 stars is because I ordered a large and a medium size rug for two different places in a large room. The colors are off - one is the expected color and one is a little more grey. I assume they are from different dye lots, but they are far enough apart that you can't tell. However, if they were going to be placed close together I would have had to return one.

    Nice rug

    Not worth the price!

    This rug price is not worth the quality in my opinion. There were parts of the rug that were not supposed to be exposed and were, and lots of plastic pieces keep coming out of it and if you step on the in a certain way they hurt your feet!!

    Great rugs!

    The rug is the perfect thickness and colors. I ordered two. It is packaged nicely and lays flat immediately when unrolled. I would recommend a non slip rug pad if using on hardwood or tile floors.
