    Super yummy as well as very effective. After the first try I noticed a difference in my workouts and muscle recovery between sets. I will say the flavor is more sour than expected but I didn’t mind.

    Weight gain

    I like the flavor and took it for 12 weeks but I noticed weight gain and im starting to think this is from the creatine? I have been working out every day for 12 weeks and this is the only thing added.

    I love Wellah!
