Perfect One Serving Size Pan
I’ve been a long time customer of Lodge and enjoy and appreciate their product offerings and the quality. If you take good care of them (each product includes care instructions) they will outlive you and serve as heirlooms to your great grandkids. I’m slowly switching over all my pots and pans to cast iron. I needed a small (8”) one for a one person serving size and this fit the bill. I love that Lodge cast iron products come already pre-seasoned. I continue to season them after each use. Great quality for the price.

Great piece of equipment. The handle cover tends to build up moisture easily, so make sure you remove that after cooking. I pretty much just use cloth instead. The more I use it, the better it gets, but I can’t imagine liking the maintenance that goes into a larger skillet.
