Oily but Good
I’ve been using this lotion for my face and body for a little over 2 years now, and overall, I like this product. I struggle with extremely dry and sensitive skin, and this is one of the only lotions I can use that doesn’t cause my skin to burn or get irritated. It is very thick and oily at first, but it absorbs nicely if a thin layer is used, and it makes my skin very soft. I don’t think this lotion is a good fit for everyone because it can feel a bit greasy at times, and it does often feel a little grain, however, it is good for certain conditions, and I would recommend it for people who struggle with dry skin like me :)

Grainy texture
I bought this lotion a few weeks ago and it feels like little pieces of dirt are in it it’s very unpleasant. I’m disappointed bc this is my first time using this lotion bc I’ve heard it really helps with dry skin.

Best Cream Out There
This is the best cream for dry hands. I use this every winter in the evening when I go to sleep. It's a little sticky at first, but I just wipe my palm and after a few min it fully gets absorbed. I prefer the Original Cream to the Advanced Repair Cream because it actually gets into the skin and with NO irritation. I keep a little in a smaller container and add essential oil sometime to add my own fragrance. A jar will last me 2 years with no spoilage.

Grainy texture
At first I thought it was because the lotion might be old. But every time I buy a new bottle, I get the same grainy texture, and see little white beads in it. Is this intentional? If not, I am going to stop using the product. It happens with every batch!

Lotion bottle pump leaks
I know, I should be happy with just a skin care product that works, in this case it lubricates. But this could be a simple fix. There must be dozens of lubricating lotions with pump bottles that don’t leak. Those companies all figured it out. How hard could it be? With so many competing products and companies, why let a container malfunction (or poor design) detract from the lotion inside? Seems like marketing department asleep.

Great For My Dry Skin
I have extremely dry skin and feet, and this lotion helps soothe my skin and prevents rough feet. I apply it after showering and wait about five minutes before getting dressed. I also like that it’s fragrance-free.

I use this everything evening after my shower and it helps me tremendously! Much easier for my to spread than the crème (that I also love) and layers beautifully underneath said crème for my first Wisconsin winter. Also, I use the crème on my face so to the reviewer asking if this can be used on the face I would say yes but patch test to be on the safe side because it is rich.

Eucerin was recommended because most of the other products did nothing or where too greasy. This product worked great and healing my skin and hands. I dont usually recommend products. But this one I will highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always use the Original Healing and by accident bought the Intensive repair are these two the same or should I just not use it if are not the same cause I am using it with my baby that is one year and three months old cause he has a very strong atopical dermatitis and the Original refresh him so much but the one I bought is the intensive repair and want to know if will do the same job ?
