  • A: I don't exactly when they changed the formulation, but these "fragrance-free" wipes have an awful smell now. Definitely not fragrance-free. Please go back to the OG formula!

  • A: You may have a contaminated batch according to Google I apparently did and used 90% of them without being told of them being pulled from the shelves in the larger pack options and thought they were discontinued… NOPE!! Lovely how no one’s responding here

Q: Have you changed the formula? Does it still contain vitamin E and Aloe? I bought this item two years ago and just used it recently. They were soft, strong and comfortable with vitamin E and Aloe and they were flushable.

    Bad wipes

    Absolutely so disappointed. I have bought these in the past but the last couple times these wipes have been bad. The first package was as fine but I noticed my toddler was getting diaper rash so easily which has never happened before. They are yellow in color and have like mold spots on them. The smell when you open the package is like a vinegar smell and the liquid is brown. They just smell old.

    Safety Concern and Refund Issue – Defective Baby Wipes from Online Order

    I placed an online order for a 12-pack of Up&Up baby wipes. After opening the product, I found that one of the packs was clearly defective. It was discolored with a yellow tint, had visible spots that appeared to be mold, and also had an unusual odor. This was not a minor issue—it was clearly contaminated and unsafe for use. The remaining packs appeared normal. I went to the Target store in Alhambra, Los Angeles, to address the issue at the return counter in person. I explained the situation and presented the affected item. However, I was told that a refund could not be processed because I did not bring the box and there was no barcode on the individual pack. I was also questioned in a dismissive way, being told, “You used the other 11 packs, so we can’t refund it.” This response was not appropriate. I was not attempting to return used or non-defective items. I was only reporting and requesting a refund for one clearly contaminated and unusable product from an online order. I asked to speak with a manager, but the manager repeated the same position without properly addressing the actual issue or the safety concern. This is not simply a refund issue. This is a serious product quality and safety concern involving a baby product intended for direct use on infants. Baby wipes are used directly on sensitive skin, and contamination such as mold or abnormal discoloration presents a potential health risk and should not be dismissed. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled in-store. My concern was treated as a routine return issue rather than a legitimate safety complaint related to a potentially defective product from an online order. I am requesting that this matter be properly reviewed and escalated, and that an appropriate resolution be provided.
