V2 Purple is NOT purple, turned out pink/red.
I got color V2 purple, I was happy to see a purple dye in permanent since other brands wash out in 2-3 washes. I followed instructions and I am not happy. I wanted purple hair. It’s a pink red color. Nowhere near purple. I’m so confused why you guys market a purple dye and it doesn’t even come close to purple at all. I just dyed it so I don’t know if it fades quickly. But I do NOT recommend this. I should have read other reviews first cause I’m not the only one with this problem. Now I’m stuck with something I didn’t want. Very disappointed and won’t be buying this brand again. Do you guys even test your products before putting them in market?

DO NOT BUY
Absolutely the worst product I’ve ever put on my hair. Now I have to pay over $300 to get a professional to fix it. I’ve tried every other brand of hair color there is, this is by FAR the worst. Did not work accurately at all.

Color on the box needs to be assessed.
The box color does NOT match the color that comes out on your hair. I was going for a dark purple. Then ended up with magenta hair. This has been the craziest experience ever.

My hair is green
I love your product. I have used your dye for years. Never had a problem. I normally do a dark brown with a red tint. Today used this black and now it has a green tint to it. This may be the last time using your product.

Wrong colour
I bought two boxes of this thinking I was going to get a dark purple but instead I got a dark raspberry pink colour, if you want that shade of pink sure get it. But otherwise the dye does not match the box.

Color accuracy is awful completely natural brown base. It is burgundy. Nothing at all like the box claimed it would turn out. I’ve been dying my own hair for years with professional, box dye, fashion colors. I’ve never had something be THIS off.

It's crap
I couldn't expect much from a drugstore dye...but it barely lifted my dark hair. It lifted to an ugly brassy brown level after saturating with 2 whole bottles and following the directions. It's not as light as the box shows. Also, if your hair is thick, it won't spread evenly since it's super dry, so it will have patchy uneven results :/ kind of wish I stayed with my virgin natural hair had I known.
