A: Hello, can someone from Target’s product safety team please review this answer as it is very dangerous to insist a product doesn’t contain an ingredient if that has not been confirmed! I do see quaternary ammonium salts aka quaternary catins (QATS) listed. QATs is not one single ingredient but a group of ammonia-based chemicals used as disinfectants etc. However, that does not tell me that there is no SLS in the dryer sheets. I know the Consumer Product Safety Commission does NOT require manufacturers to disclose the ingredients used in their products on the label if it’s not applied to the body (even if it rubs a persons skin all day long)m which is crazy). That is why I am specifically asking if you can 100% confirm the sheets do not have SLS. I think this could help a LOT of people as many people have allergies to SLS. Can you please also list WHICH QATS these dryer sheets have too. That would help consumers make an informed decision about a product that is labeled “hypoallergenic” and “gentle on skin”.
