Terrible tastes and made us sick
These have gotten so disgusting in the last 2 years. They keep modifying the ingredients and the flavor and it is very noticeable. Currently, they taste terrible AND made my whole family sick. We all got upset bellies and needed multiple bathroom trips after these. My spouse and I have used them on 3-4 occasions each now, and every time we use them - the same results. So this isn't on our side from maybe having a bad food, it is these nasty chews. This is the last time we will buy this brand. And that goes for any product carried by the brand. It's horrible.

They switched suppliers from somewhere in the US to a company in India. The flavor and texture is now terrible, tastes like some kind of metal or chemical. Makes me worry about their quality and safety too. Will not be buying this again until I see they’ve switched back suppliers.

These are the only dairy-relief chewables that my fiance will use. He hates the taste of the name brand but says the Up&Up ones are super delicious and very vanilla-ie. Oh yeah, and they work. lol.

Now made in India and you can tell!
These used to be a perfect alternative to the name brand. But in just the month since the last time I purchased these, they've changed the manufacturer. So instead of being made in the US, these are now made in India, and they're horrible. They're thinker, gritty and they taste like vanilla-flavored chemicals.

Did not work even a little
My daughter has been using Lactaid every time she eats dairy and we haven’t had any issues at all, but since Lactaid is a little pricey, we thought we would give this a try. Did not work even a little. Threw the entire box away.

Target brand Dayquil and Pepto Bismol are awful now and now it’s the Target brand Lactase chewies 👎🏻. Why are you changing the formulas to formerly GOOD PRODUCTS to make them unusable now? Don’t you want more sales of the store brand products? The taste is more vanilla which isn’t too bad but the texture is completely different and the ingredients used to match the name brand, like it did with the store brand pepto and DayQuil.

Going back to brand name!! I’ve tried this twice, the second time I took TWO with my first bite of dairy, needless to say both times I was in the restroom for hours. Try to save some money did not work out with this item.

It only seems to work for me for some foods. I'm new to trying a solution to consuming dairy when lactose intolerant. For me this didn't help with ice cream, milk, sour cream or liquid cheeses. I don't know everything about the different types of lactose intolerance though. I found this reduced the discomfort for eating some cheeses and some dairy products. I are 3 of these chewables and then had a good humor ice cream bar and within 10 minutes my stomach was upside down and I suffered for about 12 hours. It didn't work for me for Alfredo sauce either. Again I don't know exactly what kind of lactose intolerance I have but it's extreme. So if you only have mild GI upset from dairy this probably would help you. For me it's good for eating cheeses.
