    Not as described

    Does no sync readily to the app. I have to sync numerous times . And most of the time i have to disconnect the device and reconnect and I still can’t get it to sync. Too much effort to use. I reached out to support and did not get a response from anyone.

    Do not use the batteries that come with this

    I may have gotten a device that sat on the shelf for a while since I tried for quite some time to sync it with my phone. When I replaced the included batteries with new ones - voila! Instant sync.

    My dislikes

    I dislike the monitor failed to present accurate BP readings. Additionally, I dislike the monitor no longer posted readings that provided a listing of readings but a difficult to understand scale.

    Unhelpful support and useless website

    Horrible, uninformative website. Impossible to find instructions on how to position this unit on the upper arm. The chat sends me to instructions that refer to positioning a “tube” but this unit has no tube!

    Check you BP the easy, modern way with OMRON Evolv

    The OMRON Evolv is pretty easy to set up and very easy to use. I needed an upgrade to a blood pressure cuff that was easy to use and would communicate with Kardia phone app. This product fits the bill perfectly.

    Difficult to tighten cuff

    The cuff is extremely hard to close by yourself. It seems that it should be larger. So getting reads is 90% of the time impossible as you can't get it tight enough.

    This half of the Subscription works great.

    Decent BP meter, poor Kardia integration

    Seems accurate, relatively easy to use. Kardia integration needs lots of work. Should be able to use with both OMRON app and Kardia app. Getting it to sync with Kardia app required syncing it with the OMRON app and then unpairing it and getting it to pair with Kardia. Don’t know if there was a firmware update, or what. Directions given were poorly written and inaccurate. Not a good user experience.

    A Must have Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor

    The OMRON Evolve was recommended to me by my cardiologist as a preventative measure. This unit is a must have blood pressure monitor for anyone tracking their blood pressure because it is very accurate and seamlessly syncs to the app. I've had the Evolv for about a month had I have had no issues to report. I really like the seamless syncing and how the Evolv tracks and averages you daily readings. There is a lot of functionality that I do not use but it's great to have just in case. Highly recommended!!!

    Used by 2 people easy to use.

    Love this device, it helped me and my mother to track our readings so easy to use. Occasionally, i have to turn off my mothers cellphone Bluetooth so that my readings can come to me connected via my cellphone Bluetooth pairing. Thanks

    Doesn't work at all for me

    Didn't work for me. I have an unusually low heart rate (~35bpm). It almost gives an error message something like: "tighten the cuff on your arm" or whatever. I have a previous model (which works with a wrist cuff) which seems to work more or less fine.
