A: Perhaps the “Brand Expert” should read the description! Because then they would have been able to tell you 17” is the max arm size this will accommodate.

Unhelpful support and useless website
Horrible, uninformative website. Impossible to find instructions on how to position this unit on the upper arm. The chat sends me to instructions that refer to positioning a “tube” but this unit has no tube!

Can’t pair with phone. No history in the device
It’s impossible to pair with an iPhone. Without using the phone app there are no history readings or any other features in the monitor.

Check you BP the easy, modern way with OMRON Evolv
The OMRON Evolv is pretty easy to set up and very easy to use. I needed an upgrade to a blood pressure cuff that was easy to use and would communicate with Kardia phone app. This product fits the bill perfectly.

Difficult to tighten cuff
The cuff is extremely hard to close by yourself. It seems that it should be larger. So getting reads is 90% of the time impossible as you can't get it tight enough.

Inaccurate results way above advertised +-3mmHg
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Am consistently getting 15mmHg lower Sys reading on this device compared to Omron M2 Basic and two devices at the doctors surgery. Have tested multiple times in same environment swapping between devices. Doctors and M2 Basic average me at 140/80 the EVOLV gives me an average of 127/78.

Decent BP meter, poor Kardia integration
Seems accurate, relatively easy to use. Kardia integration needs lots of work. Should be able to use with both OMRON app and Kardia app. Getting it to sync with Kardia app required syncing it with the OMRON app and then unpairing it and getting it to pair with Kardia. Don’t know if there was a firmware update, or what. Directions given were poorly written and inaccurate. Not a good user experience.

A Must have Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor
The OMRON Evolve was recommended to me by my cardiologist as a preventative measure. This unit is a must have blood pressure monitor for anyone tracking their blood pressure because it is very accurate and seamlessly syncs to the app. I've had the Evolv for about a month had I have had no issues to report. I really like the seamless syncing and how the Evolv tracks and averages you daily readings. There is a lot of functionality that I do not use but it's great to have just in case. Highly recommended!!!

I found Omron Evolve measurement not accurate
Upon checking my BP Vs the measurement done with my doctors device , it is found that the evolve is ,lower by more than 20. This is upon repetitive observation for a duration of more than a month .

Wireless Upper Arm BP 7000
I purchased back in November of 2024. I like the of convenience of being able to travel with it. It is not bulky. It is very accurate. I compare it readings to the doctors office and my desk top BP machines. I like the Blue tooth feature along with EKG compatibility. A very nice BP machine.

Awesome features
I love how it keeps a record of every BP I have ever done with this. I synced it with my phone and when I see my doctor I just pull out my phone and open the app and show him/her the record. No more paperwork from the doctor to keep up with. I have had mine since 2018. My Doctor was so impressed that he/she tell their other patients about it. It is so easy to use and compact enough to take with you wherever you go.

Love this device, it helped me and my mother to track our readings so easy to use. Occasionally, i have to turn off my mothers cellphone Bluetooth so that my readings can come to me connected via my cellphone Bluetooth pairing. Thanks
