All weather 3M Tape
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is great! It adheres to everything we use it for. It especially worked best when we put up our Christmas lights in the snowy wet weather. It kept the light wires in place all season. We have used in for many other projects as well. It did great in the summer heat and freezing cold weather.

Bad roll maybe
I'll admit this tape was left outside in CA for 2 days. It's supposed to be all weather tape. However, the adhesive has separated from the liner. It's unusable now.

Terrible tape
This product is terrible. The tape sticks to itself and rips off the black part from the adhesive. Not worth it at all

Questionable
Ain’t looking great for the durability of this. Needed it to cover a hole in the shower til I have time to do the tile repair. Only held part of the plastic … we’ll see if the top part holds.

Non-stick on cold, dry surfaces
Bought that a year ago, used in all seasons. Overall pretty good, but has a flaw and is not "all weather": it just does not stick at all to any cold surface, not even a perfectly smooth and insanely dry (during winter) painted aluminum post. By cold, I mean surfaces at about -5 C and below (as measured with IR thermometer) which around here means totally everything outside from early December to mid-March. As soon as the tape touches a cold surface, the glue layer instantly becomes non-adhesive. Therefore it can't be applied outside in winter, not even for Christmas decorations (unless you set them up early, in November...). On the flip side, on places I applied it on warmer days (or where I could warm up the surface beforehand), it held on strong through winter, even down to -20 and -25.

Great Insulation from water, JUST DO NOT SUBMERGE
Works really well with insulating electrical from water ONLY IN MINIMUM TO MODERATE water. DO NOT submerge with this tape, it is only resistant to water. But does work well for Christmas Lights in rain or as a quick fix for electrical cords that will be subjected to NON SUBMERGED water situations. Great product for what is advertised
