    Not the same!

    Quality and composition of these "organic" cotton balls have changed for the worst. Had to buy the "organic" ones online, not available in store, and was very, very disappointed. Compared to the former up&up organic cotton balls, these are rough, barely absorbent, and uncomfortable to use. Very disappointed!

    Not 100% organic cotton

    I opened these cotton balls today and they smelled (heavily) of cheap perfume. Yet the seal was intact (until I opened it). Let me tell you, 100% organic cotton has no scent. These are either misdescribed or contaminated. Taking this garbage back to Target.

    WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ORGANIC COTTON BALLS?

    I have used these cotton balls for years, and the balls were always large and very soft. The most recent bag that I bought had very dense, small and hard balls. I threw them out. What happened? Why were they changed to this inferior quality product? Bring back the old ones--they were perfect!

    AWFUL - Why did you change a perfect product?

    These cotton balls used to be perfect. I used them for YEARS to apply and remove makeup, moisturizer, etc. The texture was soft and worked exactly the way I needed it to for those purposes. The last time I bought these, they were dense and hard. They do not work for applying makeup, and they do not fully remove makeup. Why change something that was so good? Now I'll have to find another brand with the texture of the old up&up cotton balls.

    Yucky change, now scratchy & dense

    These up & up organic cotton balls (green packaging) used to be fluffy, soft & luxurious. They were the happy, fluffy part of my mornings. I was a fanatic for many years, I would only purchase up & up brand organic cotton balls, nothing else would do. The "same" ones I just purchased are dense & scratchy (lavender packaging). I'm so sad. I'll be on a new quest to find fluffy & luxurious cotton balls.

    Product Change

    These cotton balls used to come in green packaging and they were extremely soft. Now they come in a purple/pink package and they are hard and stiff. I still use them but I am VERY, VERY, DISAPPOINTED in how they change the product WITHOUT alerting the customers! DO BETTER TARGET! Or you will lose customers!

    Do not buy until they return to the soft cotton balls they once were!!!

    These USED to be my absolute favorite, however, something has changed. They are much more stiff than they were before and not as comfortable to use. These used to be a staple item and now I will not reorder.

    Bring the old organic ones back!

    As others have said, these used to be my go to cotton balls. They were larger and much softer when in the old packaging. I don’t understand how a change in the package means you have to change the product itself. These are smaller and harder, actually feels scratchy on my skin. Really disappointed in these!!
