alli (orlistat 60 milligram capsules) is your smart edge for weight loss. Among weight loss products, it's the only FDA-approved over-the-counter weight loss aid. When using this product

When using this product : take a multivitamin once a day, at bedtime. Orlistat can reduce the absorption of some vitamins,follow a well-balanced, reduced-calorie, low-fat diet. Try starting this diet before taking orlistat,orlistat works by preventing the absorption of some of the fat you eat. The fat passes out of your body, so you may have bowel changes. You may get: gas with oily spotting; loose stools; more frequent stools that may be hard to control,eating a low-fat diet lowers the chance of having these bowel changes,for every 5 pounds you lose from diet alone, orlistat can help you lose 2-3 pounds more. In studies, most people lost 5-10 pounds over 6 months.

Stop use and ask a doctor if : you develop itching, yellow eyes or skin, dark urine or loss of appetite. There have been rare reports of liver injury in people taking orlistat,severe or continuous abdominal pain occurs. This may be a sign of a serious medical condition,you are taking medicine for seizures and your seizures happen more often or get worse.

Directions

Read the enclosed brochure for other important information. Diet and exercise are the starting points for any weight loss program. Try these first before adding orlistat. Check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. To see if orlistat capsules are right for you, find your height on the chart to the right. You may consider starting a weight loss program with orlistat if your weight is the same or more than the weight shown for your height. Use with reduced-calorie, low-fat diet and exercise program until you reach your weight loss goal. Most weight loss occurs in the first 6 months. If you stop taking orlistat, continue with your diet and exercise program. If you start to regain weight after you stop taking orlistat, you may need to start taking orlistat again along with your diet and exercise program. Take a multivitamin once a day, at bedtime, when using orlistat. Don't Waste Your Money

No Results, Just Weight Gain – A Total Waste of Money

I had high hopes for these, but halfway through my second bottle, I’ve seen zero results—actually, I’ve gained 10 pounds since starting! Not sure if it’s related, but it’s definitely frustrating. I run on the treadmill and work out daily, plus I’ve completely switched to a strict Keto-Mediterranean diet since starting these pills, so I expected to see some progress. Instead, this has been a complete disappointment. At this point, I feel like I’m just taking expensive placebo pills. Save your money and look for something that actually delivers results!

These work amazing.. however from someone who works alot I wouldn’t recommend taking these while being out. They made me stain my pants a couple times while being out in public. If you take these I would suggest being real close to a bathroom 😅

This is a hard no. I have only taken one as directed (2 days ago with a fattier meal) and won't be taking another. The next day my stomach was cramping like I had diarrhea, but I didn't, then really gassy and liquidy stools all day today. I would honestly be worried to let out gas not close to a toilet at this point. The cramping stopped but it's pretty much a colon cleanser.

A little help along the way

First purchase June 5, 2024-114 lbs I start a healthy light breakfast in the morning , coffee or energy drink. [depending on my mood] I take my lunch at 3 & I do skip dinner. My lunch consist of cottage cheese, boiled eggs, tomatoes & avocado and a sweet treat after. I wait about an hour to take two Allie pills. Oh & drink plenty of water ofc. I release the toxins the next morning, no oily stools. 2nd bottle purchase July 17th 2024- 111Lbs I’m still on my second bottle & currently ( 8/7/2024 ) weighing 109lbs. For preference, I’m petite built standing 5’0 short. Once I reach my goal (105lbs) I promised myself to stop taking Allie & eat the right & healthier way. I don’t work out at all. I only stay active throughout my 8 hour work shift w| only two 10 minute breaks & a 30 min. lunch break. Allie works for me, but not right away. It takes some time depending your healthy lifestyle.
