    SQUARE TRADE DID NOT PAY ME EVEN THOUGH I SENT THEM PICTURES OF THE TRANSACTION IWOULD NOT GET A POLICY FROM THEM

    These broke after 8 months Even though I bought a protection plan through square trade for 2 years I can not get paid. Its been nothing but a run around since october first they claimed they sent me a gift card for target to replace the item Then they said they needed a differen email address because it wasnt going through that address also recieven no gift card. then on December 15 they said they mailed me a gift card to replace the item.. 3 weeks later nothing. I just got off the phone with them but could not reach a supervisor. they claim not to know whats going on. I would be very careful taking out insurabce with these people. If you buy a high priced item that breaks good luck getting paid.

    Warranty issue

    One headphone stoped working after 6 months, can’t return at Target and although there is a 1 year warranty with the manufacturer they will only replace with a refurbished item, no thank you! I said no, and they said to go directly to Target, so now what? I don’t think Target will refund. Ugh! Never buying this again!

    Total scam

    Purchased separately to cover Beats Flex headphones that stopped working after six days. Insurer instructed me to inform manufacturer (Apple) of the problem and explain they were insured. Apple refused to recognize the insurer and told me I would have to pay out of pocket for repair. I got fleeced!

    Insurance co's suck

    It says two years but its actually only 90 days to return in store which is what people are expecting. My headphones quit charging beyond the 90 days and now its gonna be a nightmare. Insurance co’s suck!
