Product works as an alternative to my Oral-B toothbrush. However, the new pacakging is poor quality. There is no clear component to the packaging for people who want to visualize the product to ensure it is compatible with their namebrand toothbrush. The three replacement heads barely rest in the plastic, and there is no wrap. When you open it, the brush heads easily fall out. Wasted product and feels unhygenic. There were spilled brush heads in the aisle, so I know this issue happened for other people as well.

These stop spinning after about 3 uses. Even with a full charge and cleaning out the gunk inside, the head stops spinning once it touches your teeth.

Unless you’re barely touching the surface of the tooth, the brush head stops spinning with the slightest amount of pressure and just vibrates. Waste of money. Stick with the name brand.

Packaging is terrible. I pulled out the tray and they all fell onto the ground. Also much louder and not as smooth as the oral b ones. Might as well spend more money for the name brand.
