So disappointed in the new smell and feel! I used this lotion for 40 years on kids and grandkids. My adult children loved it and continued using it as they aged. But no more! Everyone of the 20 people in my family will no longer use because of the new smell and feel. We all dislike it.

I have been buy this stuff for 30+ years and now I have to find new one. It was very difficult to find a lotion i didn't have a reaction to and now I can't even use this anymore. This is disappointing in texture and gross feeling and smell. I would never put this new formula on a baby and i can no longer is it as it makes my skin hurt. . Also very disappointed that company's are also still using old bottles so you buy thinking that is what you are getting. Know the new formula won't sell. Terrible Terrible.

The regional managers need to come and check this target for allowing one team member to complete drive ups on his own. No one was helping him and there was about 15-20 cars. I do not want a gift card or anything. That team member deserves a RAISE. To appreciate him somehow because I did not see a manager helping that poor man.

Dear Consumer Care Team (If you're even real and not AI generated responses). Do you think we do not read your responses? You NEVER address the consumers' concerns. Also, you often respond by saying consumers are telling you differently. What is seems to me is your company has made a CHOICE. A CHOICE to abandon it's loyal and long time consumer who, mind you, also has a CHOICE. We are giving you our heartfelt and honest feedback yet, you seem to only be interested in listening to the newer consumers buying your product. Think Johnson & Johnson!! Think Gap (2010), Pizza Hut (2009 ), This Tropicana (2009), think Burger King (2013) think New Coke (1985), think Cracker Barrel (2025) , think Kraft (2009), etc. Congratulations! You've landed amongst other's who made radical changes only to face backlash from their loyal consumer base. Way to go.....you cannot rely on your name and legacy alone. We do have choices. Perhaps you've forgotten?

I am 67 years old and have used J&J baby lotion everyday. In fact when I go to the mall and the skin places are trying to give me samples of their products I tell them no and that I use baby lotion. But why? Why did you change the formula that now has aloe and vitamin B? It leaves my skin feeling sticky. Please bring back what I have been using. There is an old saying, "if it ain't broke why try to change it". Signed a loyal disappointed customer.

I've been buying J&J baby lotion for over 50 years, it has gone through changes over the years but this latest formula is the worst. The lotion goes on nice, although the scent is less powdery and more floral, the worst part is that it makes your skin feel sticky especially if you sweat. Will NOT be buying this again unless the formula eliminates the sticky!

It stinks like a dirty diapers that’s scented 🤢 idk why change the formula. It doesn’t even smell like a baby sent at all. Why even make something for a baby that smells like a grown adult perfume product. I’m sure parents don’t want to have their baby’s smelling like a stripper that worked all night. Bring Back the original smell for the original lotion and baby shampoo too please!!!!!

I’ve been using any lotion for over 15 years s as my daily moisturizer. I opened this bottle this morning and quickly noticed the new fragrance and feel. It’s starts off sticky and I just hate it. Not sure if I’ll continue using it as the fragrance is too strong for me. As another reviewer stated, bring back the old formula or offer both. I’m truly disgusted and won’t be purchasing another bottle until this is fixed. I wish I could give it zero stars. Lost a loyal customer.

I dislike the new formula smell. I miss the classic baby smell from the previous one. I wish you would go back to old formula scent. I grew up with this lotion and used it with my first born but now I don’t use it with my other children because the scent is not pleasant.

If I could give this way less than one star I definitely do it. I’ve always bought Johnson’s pink lotion, but definitely the new formula is awful , it smells so so bad. I was very excited to use it with my baby when born because I really loved the old formula with coconut oil, and now I have to look for another lotion that I could love like the other formula. I am so disappointed. I am Using very little of what is left of my old lotion formula because I've gone everywhere and there is no old lotion formula left. I hope Johnson hear us out and bring the old formula back

I used Johnsons baby lotion for years, i don't like the new formula. It has a thinner texture then it used too, feels greasy on my skin, and doesn't have the same aroma. I loved the smell, now it smells more floral and slightly pungent.
