Our original diaper rash ointment is a thick, cream-like protective mild diaper rash paste with 16% zinc oxide. Boudreaux’s Butt Paste Original Diaper Rash Cream provides instant protection from wetness to help keep baby’s boo-tay dry and is free from dyes, preservatives, parabens and talc. To apply, change soiled diaper immediately, cleanse diaper area, allow to dry and apply diaper rash ointment liberally. Use this diaper cream as needed, especially when exposed to wet diapers for a prolonged period, such as bedtime.     Very effective

    Not only is this effective but it is sensitive skin friendly. I was worried how this was going affect my baby’s sensitive skin but it made his diaper rash go away so quickly without any lingering irritation. We use it nightly to avoid any irritation from his overnight diaper.

    Best diaper rash cream

    This diaper rash cream is hands-down amazing. My baby had a diaper rash when she was only two weeks old. Will you put this on her and left it on for a couple days and the rush went away almost instantly the consistency is very thick so it’s very easy to cover all places. A little goes a long way, so even a little bottle will last a while.

    Excellent rash protection that lasts for hours, bu

    This paste las long on the skin and creates thick protective layer that really helps with bad diaper rashes. I’ve used it on my daughter and noticed redness improving fast while keeping her skin comfortable. The texture spreads well, the ingredients feel gentle, and the scent id mild. Just be careful because it can stain colored clothing or fabrics if it gets them.

    Really helps diaper rash quickly!

    10/10 would recommend! I love the tube design, leaving it easy to squeeze the perfect amount for application. It’s also the perfect size for travel and storing in my son’s diaper bag!

    We love this stuff! It’s super thick which you need with diaper rashes! My son has eczema and he’s very sensitive to diaper rash cream but this stuff works wonders.

    Could be better

    Worked ok, not great. Definitely better options and cheaper options. Appearance is almost a yellowy color and gets very runny. Scent is ok not over powering but wouldn’t purchase again

    Ehh…

    I heard great things about this product, but for me it’s just ok. The consistency is a thick paste, but for some reason mine would have random pockets of liquid. Not entirely sure what was up with my batch, it is not hot where I am and the expiration isn’t until 2027…I had to mush it around before putting it on baby, which was not convenient. Also didn’t feel like it did much for his rash. Surprised seeing as it is extra strength.

    Disappointed

    We tried this but weren't fans of it. It did alright but wasn't as fast acting as others. It's an affordable product but just didn't provide the results we were hoping for.

    Protects skin and gives a quick relief

    This is one of my favorite brands of ointments for baby diaper rash, I like the smell of it and the texture is somewhat sticky but that helps give the skin a layer of protection for a longer time

    I use this almost every day. It helps as a barrier cream for when my kids have bad diaper rashes & the zinc in it will heal the rash quickly! It is cool to the touch and come in travel and large sizes

    MUST HAVE PRODUCT

    This is miracle paste! My daughter had the worst diaper rash when teething and NOTHING was working. It took a friend recommending this product, and it absolutely changed the game. We have never used any other product since. It is the first thing I tell friends and family to add to baby registries and one of the gifts I make sure to include in my newborn baskets.     The best diaper cream!

    We have been using this over a year and it is the best! It provides a great barrier to prevent diaper rashes while being lightweight. It also stays on during multiple diaper changes increasing effectiveness.
