Q: What size are these compared to the large strips I've been using for years but are now being discontinued? The lack of a size designation gives me pause about switching to these. Thanks.

  • A: I feel the same as you. I called their 800 number and they suggested speaking to store managers to see if they’ll order the clear one in small or large. The extra strength ones almost rip the skin off my nose . Athletes that sweat a lot probably need the extra strength strips but I want the plain ones

    Work good! Caution those with sensitive skin

    These actually work pretty good! 4 stars because they came off in the middle of the night a couple times and they can cause slight irritation for those with sensitive skin. But they do help to open the nasal passages and breathe more comfortable throughout the night reducing my snoring.

    Okay, but not as strong as "tan"

    These are not as strong, and therefore not as effective, as the "tan" strips making them not as effective. Since you're sleeping in them, clear is probably unnecessary.

    Changed my life

    I started snoring during pregnancy and breathe right strips have changed the game!! My poor husband was suffering through it and I would wake up dry from not being able to breath through my nose. These things are truly mini miracle workers, I love them. The only thing is that you have to work to get the sticky residue off your nose in the morning. But worth it!

    I swear my husband might be dead without these- and it’s touch and go with them. He refused the sleep apnea machine, and uses these to get help breathing at night. They have absolutely helped and he can’t sleep without them- I’m fairly certain they aren’t a substitute for the machine, and don’t recommend anyone follow in his footsteps- but they absolutely do what they mean to do well and are very effective at helping you breathe better.
