My favorite
I much prefer this dish wand to the older design. This one never, ever leaks. As the volume of dish washing liquid reduces in the handle you may need to use 2 thumbs to dispense more soap, but that's no big deal once you understand. When the wand is full, one squeeze releases soap into a dish and makes washing quick and easy.

I have been a long time user of the scotch wand and sponges. The last four have come apart within days of using them. I guess I’m done also. Time for a new brand

Sponges won’t stay on!
I think they changed the way the sponge is held to the wand but it falls off in a very short time. Probably done on purpose to force you to buy more. I have bought these for years but no longer! So disappointing to see 3M quality go down the drain!

Terrible sponge
Terrible product, always falls apart after 2 weeks. The sponge never stays on and then you have to replace it. Money. Not a good product.

Poor sponge quality.
I have used the wand for over 10 years. However the last 4 packs of replacement sponges have been terrible. Within 3 days of installing the sponge on the wand, the sponge falls apart. I would like to have replacements for the sponges I have purchased that fell apart.

Sponge keeps coming off handle
I have used the wand and sponge in our kitchen for quite some time. For the last six months, the sponge heads that I purchased have been coming apart from their base. Let me know when you have this fixed and I will start buying again. If my handle is now obsolete and I need a different one, then let me know, but I don’t see how that will fix the problem of the sponge disconnecting from its base.

Quality control problems
Normally a wand would last us at least a year and the scrubber pad several weeks to a few months between refills. Our last wand broke within a few days of purchase, and now two replacement pads have separated from the plastic base very shortly after applying to the wand. This has all happened in teh last 2 months. Seems more a quality control issue. Love the non-scratch pads but cannot justify the product purchase given this level of quality.

Poor design
I purchased this product for the second time a few weeks ago. Each and every refill that came with the pack came apart from the plastic insert making it unusable with the wand. I tried to attach images but unsuccessful.

Extremely poor quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The replacement heads are absolutely terrible. It’s clear the product designers didn’t even test the product before shipping it to stores. The sponge is supposed to stick to a “Velcro” like surface but the second it gets wet it falls off. What a waste of money. We’ll be switching to a different brand after using this one for years.

A handy little kitchen friend
I know some people have had issues with this product, but I do genuinely love it. It makes my life so much easier, and I really like the design. I'm disabled with chronic illness, so anything that makes my life easier and more pleasant, I'm a fan of. Please don't discontinue this product or its sponges.

Buyer Beware of Gaslighting
“Valve prevents soap from leaking, no matter how the dishwand is stored.” Give me a break… better yet all the $$ I’ve wasted on this terrible product. No matter how you put it down, top on bottom, sideways, sponge on bottom, it leaks! It leaked from the sponge side, it leaks from the end where you fill the want, it leaked from the button that controls the amount of soap you use. Scotch-Brite, do better! With all the $$ you’ve made off this crap product, now is the time to make it better. Make it leak proof!
