A: Apparently you aren’t alone! Scroll down and see the June 5th, 2024 response from Target, to the question asking if it’s alcohol-free. They are NOT alcohol-free! In fact, many of the ingredients can cause stinging, such as: Citric Acid, Benzoic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Decyl Glucoside and Fragrance.
