On another note, they are berry flavor and are not that soft of a gummy and need to be chewed completely.

    Maybe start with one

    I gave this to my teenage son when he hadn’t been sleeping well after being sick. I gave him two as the recommended dose at 3 mg. He slept very well which was a blessing! But he did have a hard time waking up in the morning. That could’ve been for multiple reasons. Maybe start with one and see how your body / your child handles this brand and version. But it’s a good product and did work for us. He also did prefer the taste and texture of a different brand I bought prior to this one. But he’ll live :)

    I find these actually help

    I find these actually help me get to sleep. I only take them when I feel I need to, and usually I only take one. Since I take them before bedtime I like that I don’t need to take with them with water. I would prefer something that was not sweetened, I don’t like having sugar right before bed. I do take them before I brush my teeth. Despite that these work best out of everything I’ve tried.

    I have issues falling asleep once in a while. Melatonin Sleep is the BEST!!!!! Our daughter shared these with me and I have since ordered them. I do not take them every night, just when I need them.

    Really gets me to sleep
