I wanted to like this...
I’ve used other Covergirl concealers for years, so when Target stopped carrying the one I was using, I gave this one a try (shade L200). Unfortunately it didn’t measure up. 1. It goes on very dry, which makes it difficult to blend neatly. 2. The applicator is huge (photo compares it to another brand I just switched to and my fingers). This makes it very difficult to apply product to small blemishes and easy to accidentally get big globs of it everywhere. Combined with the lack of blendability, this means skin often ends up looking blotchy. 3. While it goes on dry, if your skin is at all oily, it slides around within a few hours, settling into creases and highlighting every fine line and pore. The 24 hour claim was laughable for me. It also made my face look and feel greasier than normal. Only pro was that the color was fine when it would cooperate with me.

Not good as an eye shadow primer may be better as

Worth trying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve got this concealer for free from The Influenster and Covergirl in exchange for my honest review. First of all, this concealer dries out pretty fast, so you need to make sure to moisturize skin and blend it in quickly. In my opinion, you don’t need to use a lot of the product. Cannot say it’s completely invisible on the wrinkles, but it’s not bad (again, skin needs moisturizing). It is blendable, it is covering, it does not smudge after drying, so it’s a good base under a foundation. I’m still not sure I got a right shade for myself, so it feels a little bit off sometimes. In the picture you can see the eye on the left with the concealer, to the right - without. Thin layer. It worth trying I guess.

Light and comfortable to wear

I usually apply it before I use my foundation to help give the bags under my eyes a little more coverage. Lends super well with my other products. Patchy and dry

But, even still, the reason I gave this product 3 stars was because it was very hard to work with an i found it very patchy. It was hard to blend and looked uneven no matter how much i blended. Maybe it would work better as an undereye concealer.
