quality loaf pan
This pan is great for terrines, pates, bread and icebox desserts. The cast iron construction makes it great for oven, stove, fridge and freezer. The natural properties of the iron hold both hot and cold temperatures exceptionally well. The enamel coating means no seasoning and easy cleaning. The matte texture gives great browning and an easy release.

Everything from bread to meatloaf has met it's perfect pan. A cast iron loaf pan is going to deliver superior results to glass or steel because it heats up evenly on all sides and provides the perfect browning for the edges. The matte black coating has great release properties too. I love serving right from this because it has a rustic look that a good homemade loaf deserves.

Love, Love this pan! My banana bread gets a little crispy on the outside which adds so much flavor. My meatloaf browns and cooks faster because of the great way cast iron heats. It is enamalled on the inside so everything comes out super easy and clean up is a breeze.

Bread making at it's best
This pan makes a great loaf of bread - yeast bread, sweet bread, quick bread. The cast iron bakes evenly resulting in a tender bread. Adjust cooking time a bit for the dark interior.

Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside!
I will never go back to baking quick and yeast breads in glass or stainless steel again. Cast iron is definitely the only way to get perfect bread everytime. Makes a nice crisp crust, cooks evenly and leaves a moist soft interior. I use this all the time for my corn bread recipe that requires the pan to be heated to 450 degrees before the batter is poured in. The results are superior to any other pan I have tried.

Not just for loaf!
There's nothing else is more beautiful in being able to cook but to have a bakeware that will transitions cooking to artistry of table setting, a tasty food come out of the oven to table beautifully. Mainly I will write about food I love to cook in this perfect loaf pan, my favorite artichoke cheese and spinach dip. I liked baking pasta like mac & cheese, bake macaroni, fettuccini and lasagna. This Staub cast iron is made in France, an enameled cast iron is easy to clean and doesn't require seasoning, exceptionally heat retention and distribution and is highly scratch resistant. Oven safe up to 572F.

Perfect pan
I just made an incredible banana bread in this pan. The edges are golden brown and the inside is tender. The innovative black matte interior allows for even baking and easy release. I also use this for savory meatloaf dishes. Cooks evenly. I like the handles for easy transfer from oven to table. Great pan

I use this loaf pan to bake my signature banana bread. I have yet to perfect the time and heat of all of it but it certainly does achieve the perfect brown and crisp on the outside that I desire. Plus it's easy to clean and doesn't take up too much space.

A great cast iron loaf pan
This loaf pan is perfect for baking all the bread recipes, whether it’s Banana bread to Pumpkin bread, it does a great job of baking evenly and thoroughly. The bread releases really well from the pan as well. The great thing about this enameled cast iron loaf pan besides that it doesn’t need to be seasoned like traditional cast iron, is that it can go from oven to table to fridge or freezer. This is also a great vessel for storing ice cream or an icebox cake.

These are the only loaf pans in our house - I tossed all the others after using this one and ordered 3 more. Staub's interior black matte finish helps bake anything evenly and maintain moisture in all the breads we make. Don't think its just for baking, I used it to make chicken legs last week - my bigger roasters already had food in them.

This is the only loaf pan I will use, ever! I bake breads of all varieties in this and they come out perfectly each time. I line the pan with parchment paper and leave a overhang so that all I have to do is lift it out when it is done cooling in the pan.

Staub Cast Iron Loaf Pan
This is a great Staub product for making bread, meatloaf, etc. I purchased my first pan to make a recipe from the new Staub Cookbook that specifically recommended utilizing a cast iron bread pan. The results were excellent. So much in fact that I purchased a second Staub Cast Iron Loaf Pan.
