A: Hello General maximum temperature recommendation for Natural Aluminum Bakeware including the Compact Oven Crisping Sheet is 500 degrees. The pans are safe to use and will perform at higher temps. Oil can become permanently baked on to pans at higher temperatures and the pan may discolor or take on a bronzed patina. These features are cosmetic and do not cause a safety issue. The pan will continue to perform. Please Note: the Naturals NONstick bakeware (bakeware that has a non stick coating applied) have a maximum temperature recommendation of 400 degrees.
