    Simple, light, and easy to fill and clean

    I like this humidifier because it is simple, light, and easy to fill and clean. The unit stopped working I belive due to an electrical short, but the company was quick to replace.

    It’s ok but…

    It works well except the mist outlet faces the wall. It has to be placed near a wall to plug it in but why they put the mist facing the wall doesn’t make sense.

    One Less Star for Design Flaw

    I began using March '25 and love it! I deleted one star because of one flaw in the design. The User Manual explained, "Keep the humidifier at least 12" away from walls for best results". In order to comply, I had to turn the unit around (the cord partially wrapping with it) so the mist would be facing into the room which is a good thing and more efficient. However, now the controls are facing the wall and it's awkward to see the on/off, timer selection and night light controls.

    Very helpful. My heat is forced hot air and I developed a dry nagging cough. I run this every evening when I get home from work for a few hours in my bedroom and within a few days my cough was gone.

    Malfunctioning humidifiers

    I purchased 2 of the same item roughly 2 years ago. On one unit the air comes out, however no mist. The other unit is producing an annoying buzzing sound, however mist is coming out! I see the warranty is up to 5 years. How can we all rectify this?? i would like to see the warranty go in place.

    The best humidifier I’ve ever used!

    We’ve been using our new humidifier for about 3 months now, and we love it. It’s super quiet unlike other humidifiers we’ve used in the past. Large tank is also very nice. You don’t have to worry about refilling it as often. The time option is very convenient as well. And we love its sleek, contemporary look!

    Worked wonderfully for ~3 years

    I bought this humidifier in 2021 -- it worked wonderfully up until this week, when it suddenly stopped turning on. Prior to that, I had no issues with the functionality and was very happy with it. Thankfully this product has a warranty and I'm able to get a replacement!

    Great price for Hume Top Loader humidifier

    Very happy with this product. Works great for my post nasal drip at night. Can’t go without it. Upon washing the spring on the bottom fell down the drain so I called customer service. So accommodating. I would recommend this product highly!

    Great buy

    This humidifier is the most efficient I’ve bought to date. Very quiet and the top fill is so convenient to fill. The ‘night light’ feature is a nice touch as well. Highly recommend as I bought two of them.

    Broken

    When it was filled with water, it all leaked out on the floor. My son took it apart to see if he had it put together correctly and there was a broken part in the bottom.

    Very useful features!

    We had this humidifier on our wedding registry and received this as a gift over a year ago. We really enjoy how quiet it is, the timer feature, and you can access a nightlight with it as well. After using this humidifier for the last 1.5 years, it began to leak. I contacted customer service and was responded to in 1 day. All I had to do was send in some photos and I received a replacement in less than a week! Great customer care.

    Love it!

    I received this humidifier as a gift for a housewarming gift from my son. He has one, and is very satisfied with it, for that reason, he purchased one for me. I love the three settings, the automatic shut off and the appearance of the humidifier.

    Excellent Customer Service

    We received the Pure Humidifier as a gift when my twins were born in 2021, and we’ve used it pretty much every day nonstop since. So we were devastated when we lost one of the tiny springs inside the mechanism while cleaning it. I was beyond impressed when I reached out to let them know. I had a brand new replacement machine delivered within 4 business days, with a federal holiday mixed in there. Will forever recommend!

    Best humidifier ever!!!

    We received this humidifier during the holidays and couldn’t be happier. Out of the all the humidifiers we have this is our favorite. We love the look and style. The best part is when we fill it up it’s easy to do and doesn’t cause a mess. Our other humidifiers we have to flip them over to fill them and once we flip it back we always have some water spill which is annoying. We have this now in every room and everyone notices a difference in the air. Truly love this brand and design!!!
